REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY

Thank you for visiting Pinehaven Falls LLC! We are committed to providing high-quality furniture products and ensuring that your shopping experience is pleasant. If you are not satisfied with the product you purchased, you can apply for a refund according to the following refund policy:

  1. Refund Application Conditions

●We accept refund requests within 30 days from the date of receipt of the product.

●Refunds are only applicable to unused, unassembled and intact products. The product must retain the original packaging, tags and all accessories included.

●Certain products (such as custom furniture, promotional items or clearance items) may not be eligible for refund policies. Please check the product description for details before purchasing.

  1. Refund Application Process

●Please contact our customer service team at Shatara@crystalbloom1.com and provide your order number, purchase date and details of the item you wish to return.

●The customer service team will respond to you within 2-3 business days after receiving the request and provide the return address and further return instructions.

●Returned items must be returned via tracking service, and the return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless it is due to our error (such as sending the wrong item or quality issues).

  1. Refund Processing
    ●You will receive a refund once we receive and inspect the returned merchandise. The refund amount will be refunded to the original form of payment. If you paid by credit card, the refund will usually be reflected in your account within 5-10 business days.
    ●If the item cannot be returned due to damage, quality problems or shipping problems, we will provide you with a full refund.
  2. Non-returnable items
    ●Customized, special order or special discount items cannot be refunded.
    ●Any used, assembled or damaged items are not eligible for a refund.
  3. Exchange Policy
    ●If you would like an exchange instead of a refund, please contact our customer service team to arrange it. The exchanged product needs to meet the requirements of the refund policy (i.e. the item is unused and intact).
  4. Return and Refund Time
    ●The processing time for returned items is 5-7 business days after receiving the return. Please be patient.
    ●We aim to complete the refund processing within 14 days of your request for a refund.
